Orders and mailing list

Order requests collect your name, email, items and, for shipping, your delivery address so RealHeat can confirm and fulfill the request. Payment takes place through the selected payment service; this website does not collect card numbers. Mailing-list signup requires your consent. Contact us to unsubscribe or request a correction or deletion, subject to records we must retain.

Reviews

Your public name, sauce, rating and review are saved for moderation. They appear publicly only after moderation and with your publication permission. Do not include private information in a review. Contact us to request removal.

Website measurement

We measure visits, bag additions, checkout starts, order requests and payment-link clicks using a random browser-session identifier, page path and broad referral source. This measurement does not store your name, email, street address, full referring URL or IP address in its event records. The identifier is held in session storage; saved bag and flight choices use local storage. We honor the browser Do Not Track signal for this measurement. Aggregate events are not proof of payment. Hosting and payment providers may keep their own security and transaction records.

Sauce assistant

Guided matching uses your current choices in your browser. If AI replies are enabled, your current message and sauce preferences are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. RealHeat does not save the conversation text; it keeps daily request counts with a random conversation identifier to limit usage. Conversations clear when the page is closed or reloaded. Do not include names, order numbers, addresses, payment information or other personal details. The assistant cannot confirm allergy safety, live stock, payment, production approval or delivery dates. Contact Kevin for those questions.

Delivery and order confirmation

Flights start at four bottles for $20; individual bottles are $5 and a complete nine-flavor set is $40. Manlius pickup or contiguous-48 shipping is arranged after availability is confirmed. Allow three days processing; delivery time is additional. Shipping and any applicable tax are confirmed before payment. Do not send money until your final total and fulfillment arrangements are confirmed. If a request cannot be fulfilled, contact us before paying; if payment has already been made, contact us to resolve fulfillment or a refund.
